These items are bin ends, lost and found stock, and unopened returns, and are available from 10am Saturday 10th February 2024 until sold out.

Tips to get the best from the sale:

• This is an online only sale. 
• Log into the website in the usual manner. Find sale products under the PROMOTIONS tab.
• Popular items sell out quickly, sometimes in a matter of a few minutes.
• Orders over $350 are shipped to you free!
• We use a commercial web-store platform so your payment is secured using the best encryption available. We do not keep details of your card. It also means that we cannot rectify software bugs with checkout.
• The platform we use allows you to put items in your shopping cart, but if someone else pays for it before you, you will not be able to buy it. 
• If you experience any difficulties during the ordering process, clear the cache/browsing history and try again. If you cannot order a product it means that someone has beaten you to payment and you have missed out.
• We cannot answer your call in the first hour of the sale as our lines become overwhelmed. If you experience technical difficulties please SMS to 0408 855 272. Please be patient and we will reply as soon as we can.
• We put on extra staff for the sale, but it is a really busy time for us. Please do not abuse our staff, as they are doing the best they can. The sale is genuine, but when it's gone, it's gone.
