The Reserve Collection wines come from vineyards that meet our very high standard of grape production. They include our 919 vineyard in Glossop, our Ella Semmler's vineyard in Loxton, and Pam and Tony Barich's Whistling Kite vineyard in New Residence.
These wines are grown organically using sustainable farming, low yielding techniques and minimal water application. We place great emphasis on increasing our soil quality and biodiversity in the vineyard, from bird and animal life to insects, plants and micro-organisms.
The varieties in the Reserve Collection perform particularly well in the Riverland, and produce textured and rich flavours that are difficult to achieve in cooler climates. We grow and handle each variety individually according to how the variety performs, rather than taking a standardised approach to winemaking. Each wine is picked at its best and bottled at its optimum so that you can drink them immediately or cellar them to drink later.
Reserve table wines are certified organic. Our fortified wines are not certified organic, but are derived from organically grown fruit wherever possible. Most wines are vegan friendly.
